YOUR PRIVACY: Premier Ashtrays does not provide any information about our customers or make our customer list available to anyone...period! 

PHONE ORDERS: We accept Visa and Mastercard on phone orders and on our secure website. For best service, have all catalog and credit card information ready, then call (513) 899-4064 to place your order. Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. We do not ship C.O.D.

SHIPPING: We always attempt to ship in-stock merchandise the same day the order is received, but you should allow 2 weeks for delivery except on special orders which may take 4 weeks. We hold orders paid by checks for up to 3 weeks to receive bank clearance. You will be notified if any item cannot be shipped within 4 weeks.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES: We use United Parcel Service  and the U.S. Priority Mail Postal Service for shipping.

UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A street address is required. 

Total Shipping charges may be less than stated. Some items may be combined in master cartons reducing the charges. We will do our best at the time of shipment to reduce these charges whenever possible. If you pay by check we cannot predetermine these charges prior to shipment.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.: We ship anywhere in the world for additional costs, depending on which country its being shipped to.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Most merchandise is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship by the manufacturer. (Manufacturer warranties are on file and are available for your inspection.) Since some manufacturers require merchandise to be returned directly to them, any returns without a return authorization number will be refused.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Alert: Federal regulations require that any lost or damaged merchandise be reported to the carrier within fourteen (14) days. It is your responsibility to notify the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform your local carrier. They will come and inspect the damaged merchandise. Be sure to keep the original box and packing material. They will make a report on the damage and take the necessary steps to settle the claim.
